Our training takes place mostly on a Thursday night. There are two sessions, the first starting at 6:00 pm for 8 to 12 year olds or Tristart to Tristar 2 and the second session starting at 6:45 pm for 13 years old and above or Tristar 3 and Youth.
Both sessions normally start in the Pool area at Eirias Park Leisure Centre. This first session is for 45 minutes and is followed by a second which is outside and for cycling and run training.
The younger group finishes at 7:30 pm. The older group finishes at approximately 8:30 pm. During the Winter time training can get cold so please ensure that you have warm clothing, gloves, hats and a waterproof jacket for those wet nights. In the Summer please ensure you bring a drink. You should always bring a drink to the pool with you.
